Twin Helixes Breaking Crushing and Washing Machine

Principle

The machines contain two groups of moving cutters, which are installed on main shaft, and four groups of fixed .cutters, which are installed on the frames of machines. When main shafts are rotating, the materials could be broken, and be pressed and washed in the meanwhile in the gaps between moving and fixed cutters. Then, the broken materials are pushed to exits under the thrust along shaft, extruded through holes at ends and cut by scrapers installed on the ends of machines. As result, we could get flat and thin oblong rubber blocks.

Usage

Main equipment for breaking, kneading and washing scrap and lump. After handled by the machines, the rubber scraps become smaller size as required, more foreign substance would appear and create more favorable conditions for further processing.
